The single ensuite room was fantastic! Great shower facilities, cozy mattress, nice air conditioner and considerate services. Good location to the US Embassy. Highly recommended!! I would stay here again if got the chance to visit London.

My second stay at the hotel (only one week apart) was slightly disappointing. There was something wrong with the air-conditioning, and it kept switching itself off every 20 minutes or so. I had to keep switching it back on myself. Made for a very uncomfor

We had A very cosy twin-bed room on fourth floor. A Nice room and bathroom which Was very scandinavian style...we felt at Home Right away. We had A Four-Day stay. Very impressed be the staff - very friendly - and the cleaning lady in particular...our room

excellent location just a mere 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. hotel has a lift, though a really small one, so no problem going up with luggage. the hotel seems to be newly refurbished, everything was in very good condition. I really like the tech
