Convenient place to stay and gym room for guests to do exercise.

Weekend hen parties spoilt the ambience of one of the north of England's Arts and Crafts hotel gems. Disappointing given the historical importance of this listed building.

Excellent staff, near to the airport, clean and comfortable. A nice touch for me - was that the drink included in the price for dinner - was a proper pint of beer. And not just a small bottle :-)

Its quite a climb back to the hotel from Queens st. But its location is good being near major attractions. There are convenience stores close to the hotel as well. Generally I got my moneys worth. More than pleasant stay!
