good location but no features in the hotel, simple and nice

location, proximity to downtown Auckland, walking distance to Vector Arena

Location, Public areas and the bed & pillows were great.

The hotel is going through a major renovation . Sleeping late was impossible.

The currency changer machine didn't work

We stayed in a double room the first night and a twin room the second night. The first room had a large open hole on the wall that led to the attic, it should have been sealed as it was unsettling. The room was near some water drainage or something so the
