    Hotel room and breakfast was high standard.great location if going to etihad stadium.Got a platter for 2 it cost 19.00 and was disgusting.the outside of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the Agoda site.Also there is a lot of homeless people in

    Unbeatable location, spacious room w good view. Nothing beats Picton Yacht Club Hotel before / after your ferry ride at Picton. Clean and sufficiently appointed. Try Oxley Rock for a good casual pub food dinner. Thanks.
