Massive lack of hot water Heating that never got hot. And very thin walls! I herd sexy time noises all night..even they didn't sound like they enjoyed them selves I don't mind a crap hotel but don't think I'll be coming back...location spo

Room is okay but location is far off from Shinjuku station. It was about 20 minutes walk. There are some food stalls and convenience stalls along the walk back. Staff is friendly.

it's a brilliant property sitting in a peaceful location. I love the building with its interior well maintained represents the feel of 80's five stars hotel.

Reasonable price and location

I liked the location and cleanliness of the rooms. Should be a little less expensive but for one night is OK! :D
