Nice location, friendly staff, Small room

Clean, good and accomodating staff. The location is good with walking distance to a number of metro lines. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Check in was efficient but Agoda had not let the hotel know that we required a cot for an 8month old baby. Checkout was also efficient and reception responded to our requests for extra tea and milk.

It was a comfortable 4 nights stay at a adequate sized room with a balcony facing the busy street. The hotel location was good, very close to a metro station, as well within walking distance to many eating places and sightseeing areas. The room was clean,

Felt at home as soon as we checked in until we checked out. We come to Picton a lot and this is our preferred stay. Clean, quiet, good room with a view to relax by if need be. Refreshing upgrade I have to say!
