The hard part comes when your rooms are not on the ground floor and you have luggages to carry up to your room through stairs because there isn't any lift . The neighbourhood did not give us the safe feeling.

I like it too much

Room was very warm as the air-conditioning unit wasn't working. Bathroom was very dated with some loose tiles. Other than that it was okay for a short stay.

The hotel was clean and smoke free. There was also a very popular shopping mall within easy distance. Very recommended to stay.

The rooms were large, very clean, and the location of the hotel is great. Close to major attractions.

Location, staff performance and extra pillow and blanket

All that one needs wen visiting Cardiff.... good value ...
