Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower

the rooftop onsen is one of the best I've been to for a hotel of this type. the beds were quite hard though. bathroom was not pre-fabricated, so a bit more room in there than normal, which is nice.

Location good by jr just walk 3 minutes, but room very small an design interior very bad, make a room more small, but staff very kind an helpfull
