Just needed a place for a one night stopover. Our original stank of smoke so we were upgraded. Instead of a motel room we ended up in the hotel so didn't need to go outside to get to restaurant which was great as it vewasdnt a nice evening.

Location is its best advantage as it is very close to Shin-Osaka station. The bed in the Semi Double room is barely enough for 2 people even for Asians. The overall room condition is rather poorly maintained and needs an overall upgrade. The staff are gen
