The website is extremely deceiving. We booked for a so called family apartment and it turned out to be nothing more than a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and two sets of mattresses on the floor in the sitting area. There was hardly any room to

Very close to city centre, comfortable and clean

Just ~7mins walk to Shibuya JR station. Managed to get a room with a view of Mt Fuji. Had a very pleasant stay and will stay here again if we have a chance.

Very near to Louvre museum and opera, 5 min walking distance to underground station

convenient location. great value for price. wi-fi free in rooms.

Had booked and paid for twin room for three nights. When attiving was given tripple room in basement and relocated the second night to the booked room. No free Internet. Clean. Decent value
