Food, Location and Room Size

Needed a hotel close to Hyde Park and this one fitted the bill perfectly. Five minutes walk from either Queensway or Bayswater tube station down a quiet road. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was adequate. Not a huge

They were courteous kind thoughtful generous and as always professional. If I have it my way I would stay there every time I go to Nagoya as the price as well is so reasonable. I want to thank the B Nagoya staff for a perfect night stay in their awesome

Only complaint was that the tv input was loose. OK if you wiggled it. Reported it to desk on leaving and they promised to sort it out that day. They also said life would be so much easier if guests would report faults.

Location is superb as are rooms. Starbucks downstairs a nice treat

The hotel room was ok - not great, not terrible. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the room not the most clean and updated, and the Windows would not open even though the AC seemed to be set at a temperature we could not control.

Subway was right in front of the Hotel, The double bed room was a bit small for 2 but not that bad. Breakfast was good enough and value for money.

Staffs always smile and are helpful.
