Room was nice...lots of room. Great value for the room size and location. Did not like that I had to pay over 2,000 yen for overnight parking.

*5 min walk from jr osaka station and subways *10 - 15 min walk to the coin laundry *kind staff

Rooms were big, clean and fresh. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. We booked for High floor, but were given Ground floor - which did not have much views of Lake. Also, a maze to get to right part of the building - very poor or non-existent signage.

its a great location but very pricey not sure if its peak but you definitely pay for location. great abt the airport bus service as they help you send to the busstop instead of you picking up from the baggage store area
