Very family friendly, short distance to supermarket an good bus connection to City center. WIFI connection was horrible although we did not try to fix.

When I check in the room I saw that still there were remaining trash from the earlier visitor. Even the customer feedback form was not collected. The check in time is 3 pm. It is very late. The rooms are really tiny. I really wonder what they are cleaning

Perfect location. A quiet, lovely residential street that's also just a 7 minute walk to the tube and the shops on Kings road. Spacious, bright room. Very pleasant, helpful staff. A few minor issues -- leaking from the a/c vent -- were taken care of A
