peu de chambres donc peu de passage dans les escaliers. il y a une personne à l'accueil 24h/24 qui donne tous les renseignements. Gentillesse du personnel

Hotel is in a great place close to oxford and knightsbridge and has a great view of the hyde park ... I would go there again

Some of beds had lumpy bits poss springs you could feel some areas tired. Breakfast staff seamed to be multitasking at times no one to ask had to go to reception to ask for an egg to be fried for us were told on arrival children would be 2.50 each us 5
