      The hotel location is good. Near subway Gion station take only a few minutes to Hakata. Walking to canal city is possible from the hotel. Travelling by bus is ok too.

      The attitude of the desk manager was in particular very appalling. Least attention paid to customer needs and very unhelpful nature. Hotel in itself was good in location and built.
