The hotel is in a good location and easy access via the Limousine shuttle from Narita airport. However it is a bit of a business hotel and lacks soul. No facilities like pools etc. They did have triple rooms which were helpful traveling with kids.

The Hotel is rather far from city however it is worth to stay a night or two to have a good view of Sakurajima and the room is big. There are some shopping areas around 1-2km away and a supermarket (Sky Market) operates 24-hr within walking distance from

less than a minutes walk from the metro station and also a variety of bars and restaurants. staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable
