Staff, cleanliness and room

The hotel was good, but it was not called Radisson Blu anymore which was a little suspicious. It was called Paris Roissa. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

I had a junior suite room, and it was an amazing experience. especially, Osaka castle view in the room was great.

Vi bodde på vinden där det inte fanns ståhöjd. Rummet var skitigt och sängarna var alldeles för slitna. Bullrigt från gatan utanför. Otrevliga omgivningar. Det finns inget att rekomendera. Dålig service, badrum

Good location, in general felt satisfied with the 2 days trip . Hotel provides free shuttle to Tokyo station which is very convenient.
