Close to city centre clean and freindl

Excellent position for shoppers, but for work it is also close to Bond St Tube, Mayfair, Piccadilly and is ideal for my needs. The staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. Only one complaint, they ran out of my favourite jelly beans!

I requested early check in but was unable to do so. So instead I kept my luggage in their storage until check in. When they returned my hard-cased luggage it was severely dented. The lady at check-in was rude and impatient. Luckily another lady stepped i

Great service by reception - very helpful with advice. Good buffet breakfast. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Location is quite good, quiet environment and very near to the train station, and there are quite a few eating places around. Room is a little small though not uncomfortable.
