It's right opposite the lake and a big park. I brough my daughter every day to the park and she loved it! Only 5 minutes walk to the town with lots of restaurants and shops.

Was staying at this hotel from 5-7-2016 to 11-7-2016, good service and very helpful, most staff English speaking, very convenient location, from airport take 6015 bus and drop off right across the hotel vice versa. plenty of food and shopping within 50 me

The staff is very kind and informative, the hotel doesn't have free parking but it does have an overnight paid public parking next door (NZ$7 per night from 5pm to 10am). The room is spacious with a comfy sofa next to the window. The room is equipped

For some reason, I was upgraded to an apartment instead of a normal room. It was huge! The bed was super comfortable, very nice kitchen and bathroom, heated floors in the bathroom. Good location, close to the airport, not far from downtown Queenstown. Bea

the location of this hotel is second to none, close to the metro, walking distance to notre dame. the room and bathroom are small but after the initial shock you don't notice. bed is comfortable, room is clean, staff are friendly.
