    Very comfortable stay, best location. I would definitely want to stay in Apex Grassmarket hotel if I go back to Edinburgh on my nect vacation.

    Rooms are badly in need of renovation. Windows are poorly insulated, heating minimal, no mechanical ventilation in rooms or bathrooms. Bathrooms are better having been recently renovated but lighting is completely inadequate. Breakfast can be had for 30%
