Michelin restaurant in lobby, across the street from beach, close to shopping.

I spent one night at the hotel. All in all an ok hotel, had to walk a little while to get there from the Niigata station but not too bad. Rooms are small, but this is common in Japan. Friendly staff. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
