I had to book here at last mins because my other hotel got cancelled accidentally... But it's still in Gatwick airport so access to the flight was so convenient. Room was pretty clean except for two pistachios were on the floor when we walked into the

Our room was big for us 4, staff very friendly

The room was old and doesn't feel clean. The bathroom smell of drainage. The location is very good, near to metro and close to the river but slightly unsafe at night. Overall it was OK, if they renovate the rooms, it would had been better

Good location , fast check out. The front desk wasn't too familiar with Agoda pre paid booking though abd insisted I wasn't paid yet even if I was. It was resolved finally after 10 minutes. Other than that no complaints. Beautiful hotel and good r
