Hotel was nice but service was slow on arrival and it took a while to get our luggage. Check in time was a bit late and lots of other guests arriving were told that their rooms weren't ready!

we had a suite, it was huge. The staff were all super friendly always saying hello have and good day.

the location for that price is unbeatable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, you can walk to most tourist attractions/museums
