overall ok, but need to have lifts facility for higher floor

The girl at reception was nice but our room needed some updates, Windows could not be opened properly, curtains were broken and sofa bed was barely tolerable. The value for money was not there.

Soap in the bathroom missing. Told by extremely unhelpful receptionist to buy some from the shop. Asked for one hour delay in 11 am checkout. Declined request. As A result, packed ready to check out early at 9 am. Receptionist turned up at 9 :45 and said

Relatively cheap in consideration with location and room space. It was marked checking in after 14:00, we arrived after 14:00 but the cleaning was still not finished. Towel is not changed everyday.

Very small apartment No cleaning of apartment during our stay, if required we need to pay additional £40 daily. No elevator, Location and prices are perfect.
