    Location was great - just one subway stop from shopping areas in Nagoya station and Sakae. Very helpful concierge staff. People at the reception were a little cold though. Coffee shop team was great too.

    Friendly helpful staff Be aware parking is a good 5 minutes walk if you have a lot of luggage (like us with a baby!)

    The hotel is ideally located. Nearest station is Jasmin. Please do not expect five star service but you get decent value for your money as close to almost all locations. Nice bakery rest around
