The room was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition. It was recently refurbished.
The location is 15-20mins walk to Edinburgh Castle and 5 mins walk to convenient eateries and supermarkets.

The room was so small there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. At £68 per night I'd expect more. I stayed in an Airbnb location the previous week where the room was bigger, breakfast was included, and it only cost £40 per night.
Good location for tourists, about 20 minutes walk to the castle & 5 minutes to nearest Tesco for groceries. Room slightly too small for couple with 2 large & 1 small luggage.
