Only booked this hotel due to sauna facility, sauna has not been working for over a month and they have no date of when it will be fixed. 12 night stay with 4 in August which I wish to cancel.

Room was very small, the toilet was particularly cramped. Even as a small sizes Asian lady, it's uncomfortable in the tiny bathroom. Room had a strong stench when I checked in. Asked for a transfer to another room but was told all rooms were full tha

Reception and concierge staff are slow even I told them I had a flight to catch! The way they treat customers are not sincere! Very disappointing!

The hotel is centralized and only 15 mins walking distance to Oxford Street. The nearest underground station is the Warren Street which is about 10 mins walking distance.
