The staff were rude. They didn't ask if we wanted smoking or none smoking. Just shoved us in a smoking one which I had to ask to be changed to none smoking. Our room was dirty. The shelf where the television and kettle were was sticky. It was just an

Hotel is tired but offers good deals from time to time. Better than some hotels but doesn't offer good value at peak times (Fri, Sat nights). Photos on the web do not accuratly represent single rooms. Most rooms need to be refurbished.

Staff were incredibly rude, they would carry on talking and not even saying hello when we were waiting, they were not welcoming in the slightest, the toilet in our room and the customer toilet outside didn't work, the Television was very old fashioned
