Since it is Hilton, we have some expectations. It's a bit old, e.g. The shower doesn't have enough water pressure. The staffs at the front desk are not familiar with their work. The staff who issued the bill has made mistake to the calculations.

Room clean with good staff services, also close to the Tube, convenient for transport.
