I didn't expect to have a room at ground level in the car park. This is a motel not a hotel. I was not made aware during the booking process that the rate chosen was for a room in the car park and not in the man building of the hotel. Disappointed!

Location is good, cheep, clean

Small cosy comfortable room for one with good shower, washbasin and WC. Recently well-refurbished in traditional hotel style. Very comfortable bed, good carpet and furnishings, tea making facilities, safe, TV. Good continental breakfast. Free WiFi droppe

Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.
