The sea view is extremely nice that I could enjoy the sunrise from my room.
The hot spring is traditional but good enough.
The location is convenience. Just 5 minutes walk to Beppu station
Pros: Great location, the hotel is located near subway, various restaurants and supermarket, bed- and bathroom are clean, hotel staff is helpfull and polite
Cons: Reasonable wifi connection, airco in the bedroom does not work well, pillows aren't com
