I booked via agoda. Agoda phoned the hotel and asked the hotel to request to see the reservation credit card because they had an issue with there system. I showed the checkin staff my credit card. The hotel staff then asked me to go sit in the bar as

Very close to Paddington and Hyde park. The hotel is clean in general, but the room is super small can barely open 2 big luggages at the same time. The lift is small and very slow.
