Nice location and convenient airport limosine transfer

Clean, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool and steam room

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months and we have enjoyed the stay both times. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Checking in and out very smooth and efficient

Main restaurant fully booked or closed. Food in brasserie very poor and restaurant staff unhelpful. Best seats in lounge always reserved but never used.

They put me in basement , area where room was it was so smelly and room so small cannot even keep 2 bags , no air in that room, curtains could not open , bathroom sink top too small cannot have your utilities there , i think it was 3 star or lower

Very clean, well located hotel. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location is a bit far but it's connected via underground walkway to Shinjuku station. Good exercise. There are convenience stores nearby though. Twin room is too small for two beds that they have to place them side by side. One party have to climb fro

Arrivé à 19h : plus de personnel , reçu les clés d'une chambre pas propre et avec draps sales, pas de code pour rentrer la nuit , pas d'excuse le lendemain . Hotel sans charme, service horrible gros dysfonctionnements

Bed sheet made me have bedbug, room with smell, staff english level unexpected low and no any normal facilities for guest!!
