Good location, friendly staff

Lots of little things went wrong in my stay. Also the room was not that comfortable with no comfortable to chair to watch TV which was too far away to watch in bed; also the duvets were small and not good quality. It is still a good place to stay.

I don't consider this hotel as a 4 Star Hotel. I came with a very expensive car needing a Garage but I was informed, we only have a few Garage spots, and we are fully occupied. They only offer breakfast (average quality) but no restaurant. I came to

Good location, near to subway station. Clean house. and convenient service. Very kind people. I want to stay here next time.

Large toilet in the room, comfortable bed and it's a hotel with elevator.

I spent one night at the hotel. All in all an ok hotel, had to walk a little while to get there from the Niigata station but not too bad. Rooms are small, but this is common in Japan. Friendly staff. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
