Hotel correct mais demande un petit coup renovation , peinture exterieure defraichie, salle de bain a renover " eclat dans la baignoire" Pour le restauration correcte mais manque de choix

Hotel room is a little outdated, but the onsen facilities are great

Only complaint was that the tv input was loose. OK if you wiggled it. Reported it to desk on leaving and they promised to sort it out that day. They also said life would be so much easier if guests would report faults.

1) Gorgeous hotel in perfect location for sightseeing 2) Our family room was more like a suite. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. 3) Staff is welcoming and helpful.
