The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location.

A relatively nice hotel near the beach. 15-20min walk from the train station or take a tram. The terrace has a restaurant overlooking the sea. But booking necessary if you want a window seat.

Located centrally within short walking distance to many restaurants. The walk along the river where the hotel is situated is very pleasant. The staff were friendly with a good sense of humour.
