good location friendly staff and good value

Spent 3 very enjoyable nights here. Couldn't fault it in any way. Breakfast was superb. All staff were polite and pleasant. Really worked hard to ensure we had a great stay. Would thoroughly recommend it

I don't think you can find a cheaper hotel at this location, but if you stay here you can't be cranky about what they have for breakfast, you get what you pay for.
