If you need to check in late, you'd better state it in your booking. We booked a non smoking triple room and we checked in the hotel late at around 9.45PM. We were given a smoking room with 5 beds as the non smoking room were all occupied. The floor s

the staff in the bar were very accommodating, they let us choice food from different menus they made an effort to decorated the table

Room is very clean & spacious. When arrived staff was fantastic & friendly but when leaving service was bad. Ask the staff for a taxi & they did help me get 1 but when taxi arrived, at least 4 staff was standing watching me struggling with 4 l
