Staff Service were friendly and helpful, Clean facilities and Beautifully decorated. Very centrally situated to restaurants and shopping areas.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, rooms rather dated, however, and not exactly cheap. Seems the hotel is in the middle of a refurbishing exercise, which is a good thing.

We stayed here for two nights before moving to a more expensive hotel in Queenstown. The room was good, had everything you could need whilst on holiday. We had a balcony and a lovely view of the lake and the gondola. Bathroom was a little old but did the

Location, location, location

The rooms were small and other guests walked past our room all day long. The restaurant view was beautiful, but there is little resemblance to a resort. However, we were positively surpriced to learn there was a free shuttlebus to queens town.
