One of my worst hotel experience ever. There is absolutely no service in this hotel. Staffs not helpful at all and do not care less about the customers need. Carpet in room very dirty. No bell boy to help with luggage. Don't know any good restaurant a

location price room

It is a nice little hotel. The staff is very helpful for travel information. The only thing concern for us is the location is too far from JR station as we mainly travelling by JR. Onther than that it is fine.

It is reasonably near to chitose train station. The Big Boy (Victoria Station) steak restaurant is very good and nearby. The free shuttle bus to the airport is most appreciated and the driver, Mr. Saito, was most friendly and helpful.
