Location

I checked in to this hotel for our last night before leaving for home country. I'm glad to have booked this hotel, made our vacation stay in Tokyo a memorable one. The hotel is very near to Railway station and has airport bus transfer from 5:00-7:30am

Staff are excellent and willing to help and please. Regularly clean linen and towels. Good breakfast. Good location.

For us the comfortable bed, varied breakfast and pleasant foyer surroundings were the based aspects to the hotel.

Close to station, clean, fast elevator

Small room but we expected that so that was alright. Wanted to try our luck to ask the receptionists for dinner suggestions but we were disappointed that the staff just brushed us off with "there is nothing to eat here because it is CBD area". W

This hotel should get better rating, 8.5 instead average 7. The location is great, very near to train station and the room is very clean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Value for money! It's a last min booking and we are happy to get it at a good price!

The staff we very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The mineral bath in our room was great, it was nice to experience the local hot springs in the comfort of our own room.
