Overall nice hotel in great location close to shops, public transport etc. Staff are incredibly pleasant there. Only negatives I'd like to point out is that Spa facilities should be available for guests for free - however, they charge £30 per per

It was a heavy raining day. I tried to phone them so many times from the airport. It never be connected. I finally took the railway there. For sure I was all wet. Also I asked for the scale to weight my luggage. They don't even have one in the hotel.

Facilities, resteraunts, gardens.

Great staff and comfortable room.

Clean enough and in a fairly convenient location near bus stop but smelled of cigarette smoke even though room was non-smoking.
