Nice bed, great staff, near to Gare du nord station

Great location, Clean rooms, helpful staff

I got this hotel because Agoda had it rated as a 5-star and it was a good price. Now I know why the price was low. The hotel was run down, we were one of only 3 rooms in the hotel, the lobby smelled, and half of the amenities didn't exist anymore.

Location,friendliness of staff & cleanliness

Barbara, who worked behind the desk in early evening, was wonderful--so helpful and kind. She spoke excellent English and made a number of phone calls for us for cabs and take-out food. She recommended an outstanding restaurant, too. Everyone at the hotel
