      A older Hyatt property, but location was great. Staff were really helpful and Concerige provided excellent assistance with restaurant booking and directions. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

      The first impressions I got from the hotel was how rude the staff were. Having travelled extensively over the last two years this has to rate as the faulty towers of all hotels.
